April 14 – Tips for Planting Your Summer Vegetable and Flower Garden with Master Gardener Molly Breen – Molly is a retired middle school science teacher who in retirement has pursued her passion in flower and vegetable gardening through becoming a University of California Master Gardener. She will answer your gardening questions and provide you insights as to how to grow gorgeous tomatoes and bouquets of flowers.

May 5 – A Conversation with Sac Bee's Pulitzer Prize Winning Cartoonist Jack Ohman – Senior Associate Editor Jack Ohman has been at The Bee since 2013. Winner of the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for editorial cartooning, he also won the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award, Scripps Howard Award, national SPJ Award and National Headliner Award. A Portland State grad, Jack also writes editorials and columns. Ohman will discuss the art of political cartooning and some of his favorite tales.
