Winter weather is almost over! Ready to get your motor runnin' and get out on the highway?

Join us on Zoom Friday, April 5 at 12 noon for a Brown Bag lunch presentation and discussion with Jeremy Linder, Public Information Officer for Caltrans District 3 which covers Placer, Nevada and Sierra Counties.

Jeremy will share a lot of interesting information about Cal Trans operations, including their winter work over Donner Pass, upcoming major projects that may affect our future travels in this area, and the best ways (such as phone apps and websites) to get real-time current status on state and federal highways. He will have a 20-30 minute presentation and then take your questions.

This event will be hosted by OLLI instructor and Advisory Council member Susan Rogers. It will be recorded and the link sent to this same email list, so if you cannot attend, you will have 30 days to watch it after receiving the link.
