Fridays: Grades 3, 7, 8

**please keep in mind that the effects of the pandemic shifts rapidly which make planning for certain events challenging. All dates and times are subject to change. We will communicate details as soon as possible.

We are still blessed to be able to say that we remain at zero positive cases for students, teachers and staff. We are aware that the number of positive COVID cases is rising in Indiana and that Hamilton has recently been labelled as an "orange" county. Our current plan is to continue in-person learning at this time. We will continue to monitor cases within our local school population to determine if the need for an alternative method of learning arises.

The continued health and safety of our school is dependent on the cooperation of all families. If in doubt, please keep your children home and call the school office. We are working closely with the Hamilton County Health Department to make decisions on a case by case basis.

Please take a few minutes to review the CDC's guidance on holiday gatherings and travel to help keep your family and the community safe and healthy...

State by state CDC guidelines may be found here: https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#cases_casesper100klast7days

The CDC is encouraging people to obtain flu shots this year. Click here for more information.

Orders can be placed in the collection boxes at all masses or drop them off at the parish office. Write Poinsettias, c/o Tina Fletcher on the envelope. Or you can bring to the school by 9am Monday(firm deadline), Nov 9 in an envelope marked c/o Tina Fletcher.

The options are the same as in previous years, 8 inch plants in red or white for $16 per plant and/or 10 inch plants in Red for $25 each.

Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Thursday, Nov 5
There is no school that day.
K-4 Parents: All teachers will be having a conference with parent(s) of each child. You should have received an email from your child's homeroom teacher about how they will be holding their conferences this year. It may be in-person, zoom or telephone. If you have a telephone confernce scheduled and you have an area code that is not 317 or 463, your child's teacher may need to call you from their cell phone and it will come up as a blocked call. Please make sure you answer this blocked call.

5-8 Parents: It is possible that you may not have a conference. If your child's teacher feels the need to have a conference with you, they should have already communicated with you about setting up a conference.

Parents are always welcome, any time of year, to email their child's teacher with any questions or concerns. Click here for our staff directory. Teacher names and emails are also listed in DirectorySpot .

If you have any questions about this day, please email your child's homeroom teacher.

Thanksgiving Basket Donations Needed!
We have an urgent need for donations for the Thanksgiving Basket Program. This year marks our 45th year for the program. We are committed to provide food to over 500 underprivileged families in our area. Unfortunately we are way off pace for donations - only 20% of turkey tags were distributed over the last two weeks after masses, and online donation signups are very slow. We desperately need your help. Turkey tags will be available after mass next weekend on tables in the narthex. Please stop by and pick up a tag.

You can also sign up to DONATE FOOD via a new signup genius at
There is a link to Instacart where you can get $10 off any order of $35 or more for our program, and they will deliver your donation directly to the Merciful Help Center. How easy is that!!

To sign up to HELP with food packing and delivery day:

Thank you in advance for your generosity!
Shopping physical gift cards just got way more convenient with the new ship to home feature--available only in the RaiseRight mobile app. Choose from hundreds of top-selling brands that are labeled "Ship to Home Eligible." A small shipping fee applies. You must pay with a bank account or credit card.

*We will continue to fill orders in the "traditional" way, as well, with orders placed by Fridays available for pick up in the school office the following Wednesday afternoon. Please contact Stephanie Lesher (stephrufe@yahoo.com) with questions.
