OLMC Volunteer Spotlight:
Our spotlight this week is on Dan Schmidt. Click here to learn about Dan.

We are blessed to have so many caring volunteers who dedicate their time each day to help our school and community be the amazing faith-filled place it is! We would like to spend some time highlighting our volunteers as a small way to say THANK YOU to all that they do!

We are asking for your help to nominate the volunteers who give their time and talents to our school and community. Here is the link to the nomination form: https://forms.gle/a9behPhxsezrQxVt6
Summer School Cleaning Helpers:
For those families that signed up and came in July to help deep clean our school:

Please refer to the Family Policy Guide for complete out of uniform guidelines. This day is considered a "Special Out of Uniform Day" on which athletic pants may be worn. No shorts unless they are the boys blue uniform shorts. Please make sure all clothing is free of rips/holes and frayed edges.

  • No Homework Pass: If you chose this option for your child(ren), remember that this pass is only valid during 1st Quarter. The pass expires on October 14, 2020.

  • Front Door Pickup Pass: If you chose this option for your family, remember this is only good for your entire family for one pickup. The pass is only valid during 1st Quarter. The pass expires on October 14, 2020.
Texas Roadhouse Spirit Day
Wednesday, September 16!
Our first dining fundraiser for the school year is almost here! Head to Texas Roadhouse on September 16th in support of our school. Come between 3:30pm and 9:30pm and enjoy steaks, ribs, made-from-scratch sides and much more!

Please be sure to show the flyer (on paper or phone) in order for OLMC to receive 10% back for your total meal purchase. Do you have gift cards to use? You can use those to pay for your meal, or do you need any gift cards? You can buy gift cards and they will count toward your purchase! Thank you for your support in our school!
Ordering Pictures:
You should have received an email from Inter-State Studios with proofs of your child's picture. If not, you can:

  1. Go to https://inter-state.com/order
  2. Click on "Find my Child's code"
  3. Enter your email, school year, state, city and school name
  4. The system will send you a new email with your child's proofs.
All orders and viewing of proofs will be done electronically this year. Proof copies of your child's picture will be emailed to you from Inter-State Studios in the next week or two.

Class composites are not being offered at this time. There may be an opportunity to purchase them later in the spring.

Picture re-take day will be Oct 15 if your child was absent on picture day or if you would like your child to have their picture re-taken.
Support #oliviastrong:
OLMC graduate Olivia Van Dyke is in need of our prayers and support. In early August, she was diagnosed with brain cancer. Olivia has had two tough surgeries and is beginning the next phase of her treatment. Her friends have organized a t-shirt fundraiser and all profits go to Olivia and her family. #oliviastrong
