End of Quarter Reminders

The end of the 1st Quarter is quickly approaching, on Thursday, October 13. As a reminder, all accounts must be current, as indicated below, in order for your child’s report card to be released. 

¨ Tuition payments: Please remember that tuition payments must be paid in full through September in order for your child(ren)’s report cards to be released. You may go online at www.sycamore.com to check your tuition balance and to make your tuition payments.  Checks or cash may be dropped off at the school or parish offices. If you have any questions, please contact the parish Finance Office at 816.251.1100.

¨ Lunch Accounts must be current without a negative balance through October 13. Online payments should be made directly into your Sycamore accountIf questions, please contact Mrs. Melissa Wade, at mwade@olpls.org.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES: Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 20, from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.  Please click the image below to access the sign ups for each grade level. Make sure to choose the individual tab for your student's HOMEROOM teacher.

TRUNK OR TREAT

 Trunk or Treat: Pre-orders for Trunk or Treat parking, wristbands, t-shirts, Boo Bags and food are on sale now! See fliers on page 6 for all the details.

 **Reserved parking with friends is available until October 10. After that time, walk-ins and same day parking available only. 

**Order meals now to ensure availability. Limited amount of food will be available the night of. New this year on the menu are funnel cakes and fries so don't miss out!

**Boo Bags are available for pre-order until October 10. Order a fun treat bag to be delivered to your little goblin's classroom the week of Trunk or Treat.

10th Annual Turkey Trot is back with an in-person and virtual option!

Proceeds will benefit Lee's Summit Social Services, Operation Breakthrough, and Our Lady of the Presentation School.

Entry Fee:  Registration is $30 per person ages 15-64. $25 per person ages 65 and older. $20 per person ages 14 and under. Processing fees are based on the per cart price and not per the individual.  

Packets will be available to pickup the week of the race.

T-Shirts:  Each entry will be guaranteed a t-shirt with registration through October 20th. T-shirts are not guaranteed for participants who register after this date.  Click here to register today!

OLP BASKETBALL NEWS:


Registration for OLP Basketball is now open! The PLKC will be offering 5v5 basketball for 4th-8th grades. Come and join the OLP community for another fun season of watching our kids play!

 

Registration will close on November 1st at 3pm, so sign up soon. Register at plkc.org.


For more information on the season and player evaluations please visit the OLP Athletics website. Again, sign ups close on November 1st at 3pm, so get registered today. We are excited to cheer on our OLP students this season!
