Please join fellow OLP parents in saying the Rosary in the Church space on December 14. We will pray the Rosary promptly at 2:35 p.m. This will leave you plenty of time to pick up your child in the gym. If you have questions, contact Kristine Wheeler at 816.916.3119.  

CHRISTMAS FAIR VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Volunteers are needed for set-up, day of the event, as well as clean-up. Please consider sharing your time with the students as they shop for their loved ones. All volunteers are required to have completed Virtus training.

End of Quarter Reminders

The end of the 2nd Quarter is quickly approaching, on Tuesday, December 19. As a reminder, all accounts must be current, as indicated below, in order for your child’s report card to be released. 

¨ Tuition payments: Please remember that tuition payments must be paid in full through November in order for your child(ren)’s report cards to be released. You may go online at www.sycamore.com to check your tuition balance and to make your tuition payments.  Checks or cash may be dropped off at the school or parish offices. If you have any questions, please contact the parish Finance Office at 816.251.1100.

¨ Lunch Accounts must be current without a negative balance through December 19. Online payments should be made directly into your Sycamore account. If questions, please contact Mrs. Melissa Wade, at mwade@olpls.org.

¨ ACED Accounts must have November monthly charges paid. Online payments should be made directly into your Sycamore account. If questions, please contact Mrs. Henry, ahenry@olpls.org.

STAFF CHRISTMAS GIFT: PTO is offering a Christmas Cash gift giving option for staff again this year. This program was created to provide a convenient gifting option to parents when looking to purchase gifts for multiple teachers and staff. PTO uses the donations to provide gifts for OLP teachers and staff. Additionally, PTO supplements your gift to our dedicated staff. When donating, please ensure you put your family name on the donation so we can add your name to the card.

Send in your contribution with your child any time now through December 15 in an envelope marked “PTO Christmas Cash” with your family name or Venmo the PTO @OLP-PTO and put “Christmas cash- Your family name” in the subject line.

5TH – 8TH GRADE STUDENTS: Looking for upcoming events at St. Michael?
