OMAA MUNICIPAL LAW INSTITUTE

JULY 19 - 21, 2023

The OMAA’s 2023 Municipal Law Institute will be held July 19-21, 2023, at the Ohio University Dublin Integrated Education Center, 6805 Bobcat Way, Dublin, OH 43016.

The program will begin on Wednesday, July 19 with the Back-to-Basics Sessions. There will be a Back-to-Basics 101 session and a Back-to-Basics 201 (advanced) session for both civil attorneys and prosecutors. (CLE credit approval is pending – 3 hours of general CLE credit for each of these sessions, morning and afternoon.)

On Thursday, July 20 and Friday, July 21, we will have concurrent CIVIL and CRIMINAL sessions. (CLE credit approval is pending - 6 hours of general CLE credit for both Thursday sessions and 5 hours of general CLE credit for both Friday sessions.

Please note, there will not be an ethics session at this seminar so there will not be any professional conduct credit hours available. (We will continue to offer professional conduct credit at our December Law Seminar.)

RATE INFORMATION: The back-to-basics sessions are $100 per morning or afternoon session. The Civil and Criminal Sessions on Thursday and Friday are $250 per day for OMAA members and $350 per day for non-members.

*Discount Plans are still available if you are sending ten or more attendees from your municipality or if your municipality’s population is 60,000 or less and you are sending five or more attendees. Please contact our office for more details.
