OMEA District 4 Choir Festival
OMEA District 4 is excited to announce the Willamette Valley Middle School Choir Festival. Our goal in creating this event is to provide a middle school festival experience that allows choirs to focus on their own personal best and celebrate their growth and achievement. Using a 5-point rubric, based on the ACDA/OMEA Choir Evaluation Rubric, choirs will receive ratings: Superior/Excellent/Average/Developing/Beginning.

Each school will receive a 15 minute warm-up, 15 minute performance, and a 10 minute ON-STAGE clinic from one of our 3 adjudicators/clinicians. We encourage all schools to take the opportunity to listen to other choirs throughout the day as time and transportation permit. Participation at this festival is limited to ONE choir per school, and while this festival is sponsored by District 4, choirs from any part of the state are welcome.

Registration must be completed by January 31, 2023. The festival fee of $150 will be due on or before March 7, 2023.
