The Town of Herndon is amending its comprehensive plan to focus on the future of South Elden Street, a primary commercial corridor in the town. To that end, property and business owners are invited to a community meeting,

, to learn about the South Elden Street Area Plan and to provide insights and input. Issues addressed by the plan include guidance and allowances for development along the corridor, which ranges from Sterling Road to south of Herndon Parkway and includes several abutting properties.
