During summer 2019, Regal broke ground on an incredible expansion project for the Hoboken Charter School.
The existing structure houses grades K through 8 and will grow to encompass high school as well. Upon completion, there will be two buildings, joined together by bridges.
This project has been multi-faceted and requires detailed supervision and multi-trade coordination each day. Building this new structure entailed leaving the front facade, while adding onto the rear.
Regal is now completing the fourth floor and will be framing the roof next. With two locations now being leased for the high school, all parties involved are very eager to have everyone at a single location.
As Project Leader, it’s very exciting for myself, as well as the various crews on site, to watch this vision come to life, especially because it will impact so many people from the community.
