ONU is in the thick of it for 2nd quarter! We hope this newsletter will update you on just some of our latest news!
As the newest member of the Operation New Uniform Team, I haven't had the opportunity to meet many of you but hope to do so soon! My husband is active duty Navy and we relocate regularly. I began volunteering for ONU in October following our move from San Diego. Through a personal contact within the organization, I quickly saw that I wanted to be a part of ONU's great work. I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to the veterans that have given us so much. Since I've began, we have rolled out different programs, such as the Veteran Committed Company program, with the goal of growing our programs and offering our services to more veterans. Although I'm new to this community, I hope to engage and partner with as many people and organizations as we can!
