Our Garbage/Recycle Order form was available beginning at 3:00 a.m. on October 4. For the first 7-8 hours, there was a "computer glitch" where we received only one-half (19 of 40) of the orders. At about 12:00 noon, we corrected the problem. We are comfortable that since that time, the orders/forms have worked.
Overall, we have orders from about two-thirds of homeowners. On October 16, an email titled "Urgent: Garbage/Recycle Order Not Received" will be sent to households where we do not have an order. Be aware that about 20 of these recipients did completed an order -- on the morning of October 4. We apologize for this. The remaining 26 households did not complete any order. A household that receives that email should click the link and complete a form.
Reminder: You can request wheels for the smaller (24-gallon) containers. Just indicate so in the free-form part of the form.
