Beloved,
This past May, I had the opportunity to make another trip to St. Louis, Missouri, in order to help move our office files to their new location: Denver, Colorado.
In a year of many transitions and various community challenges, I am very thankful that Carolyn Sue and Mary have agreed to continue in their roles in helping with the administration of our central office. The structural stability and expertise that they provide is greatly appreciated.
Mail will continue to be received and processed through this address in St. Louis:

Our ECC files will be kept in my office here in Denver.

The packing and moving team consisted of Carolyn Sue Cecil (not pictured),
Steve Jacobs, Mary Vonderheide, Bishop Francis Krebs and myself.

During these past few months Rev. Trish Vanni has been taking on the task of writing and submitting a grant application to the Lilly Foundation under their Thriving Congregations Initiative.
Trish's stellar work on this grant application can be found here.
Please take time to read this application and pray that the Lilly Foundation will see this proposal and our young Ecumenical Catholic Communion as worthy of support.
We are so thankful for the skill and dedication that Rev. Trish has given to us through this effort as well as others who have supported her in this endeavor, especially Rev. Alice Brady.

More Travels and Ministry
|
|
In June, I helped lead a group of high school students from Seattle Prep on a service learning pilgrimage to the Dominican Republic.
I was hoping that several youth from some of our communities or even some adventurous adults would have joined us.
I share these photos with you to give you some idea of our experience with the hope of a group of us traveling there next year.
