Leadership Pipeline Challenge
OPICA Comes Out On Top!
Lori Erickson, VP of Casting at CBS Studios created an initiative called the CBS Leadership Pipeline Challenge with the goal of empowering early-career storytellers to step into creative leadership positions.
The project creates a short film for the benefit of a local nonprofit; the content of the short film must align with the mission of the nonprofit and be narrative fiction (not a commercial, PSA or music video). A panel of entertainment industry judges score the films to determine first through fifth place.
OPICA is very excited to have been voted 1st place!!!
