Proceeds of this volunteer Board of Director's sponsored fundraiser helps ensure the ongoing success of Operation Snowball Inc. in creating new and sustaining current Operation Snowball Chapters throughout Illinois by providing technical assistance, trainings, regional/statewide conferences and website-based resources using the Operation Snowball prevention model.
