Best Practices for Complying With Ever-changing Rules,
Including Fall Protection, Silica Exposure and First Aid

Following the onslaught of legislation signed into law in 2022, the landscape of workplace safety in 2023 is expected to see a number of changes. As these regulations become permanent fixtures of workplace safety in California, we want to help employers envision what new policies/procedures will look like, work through real-life scenarios, and address best practices for how to comply with ever-changing requirements.

Join SCM’s webinar – featuring workplace safety attorneys Kevin Bland and Jennifer Yanni of Ogletree Deakins – for a discussion about new and upcoming legislation on the following topics:

  • Fall protection
  • Silica and lead exposure
  • Indoor heat illness
  • Workplace safety in general industries
  • Industry-specific training requirements
  • COVID-19

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session to help answer your specific concerns.

SCM helps clients to understand and comply with OSHA regulations. Through our Risk Management Center, we offer a full spectrum of program templates, required posters, and training for managers and employees in English and Spanish. Additionally, we conduct on-site visits, join clients for scheduled OSHA inspections, and assist in the informal appeal process.
