An Update from Our Savior Lutheran School
New teachers include Mrs. Hope Mehl and Ms. Lisa Otten. Mrs. Mehl and her husband, Tim, arrived back to the U.S. from Taiwan earlier this month. She has been working remotely, preparing to teach junior high, as she isolates for 14 days. Tim will be starting at the seminary this fall. Ms. Otten, a recent graduate from Maryville University and OSL alumnus, will be teaching pre-kindergarten. We are, at the time this article is being written, interviewing candidates for our second preschool 2s classroom teacher.
With safety protocol in place, we will make every effort to continue with the high quality of academics in our Christ-centered environment while focusing energy on keeping our families as safe and healthy as possible.
With economic challenges, we do need your help with tuition assistance. Please help us increase our OSL Tuition Assistance fund so that the families that continue to want their children at OSL can afford to do so. Our goal is to collect $6000. You can add your donation to your church offering, making note of the added amount for "OSL Tuition Assistance" or you can send a check to the school office with that noted. Any amount you are able to give will be such a blessing to the families in need!
Thank you for your continued support.
