Co-Parenting for Resilience

Navigating the challenges of divorce or separation? Join the Co-Parenting for Resilience workshop, a one-session class designed to equip parents with strategies to support their children's adjustment to changing family dynamics. This course is approved by the Oklahoma court system for most counties and fulfills the court-mandated requirement for divorcing or separating parents.

Steam Canning Workshop

Join Taylor Conner, Family & Consumer Sciences Educator, for a hands-on canning workshop focused on safe preservation of high-acid foods using an atmospheric steam canner. Participants will learn proper preparation, processing, and safety guidelines while gaining practical experience preserving seasonal fruits, jams, and other high-acid foods.

Barn Quilt Workshops

Learn the history of barn quilts while painting a quilt block pattern onto a primed board. Registration includes wood board (1’x1’ or 2’x2’), variety of patterns, and all materials needed to complete the project. Light snacks and drinks provided. Bring a sack lunch.

Intro to Sourdough

Join Taylor Conner, Family & Consumer Sciences Educator, and learn the basics of sourdough baking in this hands-on workshop. Participants will prepare dough to take home and bake, create their own sourdough starter and learn essential tips for fermentation, starter care, and troubleshooting.

4K for 4-H

Join us for the first annual 4K for 4-H, the CLOVER's 2026 service project supporting youth programming, the Ronald McDonald House, and wildlife conservation efforts across Oklahoma. Your participation directly strengthens our community and the opportunities available to local youth.

Enrollment for Oklahoma County 4‑H opened August 1st

$20 covers participation for the entire 4‑H year. Youth ages 5–18 can enroll through 4h.zsuite.org.

4‑H offers meaningful opportunities for young people to build leadership, citizenship, and life skills through hands‑on learning in a wide range of project areas. From STEM and agriculture to healthy living and creative arts, 4‑H provides experiences that help youth grow confidence, responsibility, and teamwork while connecting with their community. Families can review the Oklahoma County 4‑H website to learn more about age divisions and explore available project areas before enrolling.
