Co-Parenting for Resilience
Navigating the challenges of divorce or separation? Join the Co-Parenting for Resilience workshop, a one-session class designed to equip parents with strategies to support their children's adjustment to changing family dynamics. This course is approved by the Oklahoma court system for most counties and fulfills the court-mandated requirement for divorcing or separating parents.

Build a Balanced Bowl: Simple Meals for Energy & Health
Join FCS Educator Taylor Conner from OSU Extension for Build a Balanced Bowl, an interactive program where participants will learn a simple formula for creating colorful, nutritious meals and watch demonstrations of two recipes: a Summer Veggie Bowl and an Italian Farro Bowl.

Quilting 101: Key Fob Wristlet and Crazy Quilt Mug Rug Workshop
This is a 2-part series for beginning quilters. OSU Extension Master Sewing Volunteer, Gayla Mosteller will introduce basic sewing and quilting as participants make a fabric key fob wristlet. Scissor Tales OHCE Quilt Guild member, Kelly Ramsey will teach session 2, learning the basics of quilt piecing to make a mug rug.

Household Food Waste: What to Save, What to compost

Home Canning 101
This class is ideal for beginners or those needing a refresher and will cover the basics of water bath canning for high-acid foods and pressure canning for low-acid foods, ending with a brief live demonstration of both methods.

Water Bath Canning Workshops
Learn how to safely can high-acid foods—such as fruits, pickles, relishes, sauces, and tomatoes—in this hands-on workshop where participants will prepare a pickled item, pack jars, and process them using a water bath canner, then take home a jar of the finished product.
