Restart
School is back in session! Some people are relieved, and some are sad. When school starts, our lives change. Even if you don’t have kids in school, the fall mentality kicks in. Vacations are done, the hot weather is waning and we get back to our regular lives during the school year.
Hopefully, you have not taken a break from God. But if you have, now is the perfect time to get back to regular church attendance, get involved in a spiritual small group, start reading the Bible, go to a prayer meeting and volunteer in a church ministry or charity. There is much to be gained from continuing our education – in a regular school setting and on a spiritual level. If you are not moving forward, at best you are stagnant, or even going backward. Church programs are starting up again. Make plans to tune-up with your spiritual fall routine!
