The Blue Water Area Churches is holding a Good Friday Service open to the community on Friday, April 19, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. It will be held at Colonial Woods Missionary Church, 3240 Pine Grove Avenue, Port Huron. The Good Friday Service will be an afternoon of worship and reflection, in appreciation for the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross. 

Everyone is invited to the free service. The service will include Scripture readings, congregational worship, and special music. It will also include a message by Pastor Joel Mitchell from Griswold Street Baptist Church, Pastor Phil Whetstone from Colonial Woods Missionary Church, and Pastor Sandra Woodard from St. Paul AME Church.

The Good Friday Service will also be broadcast live on WPHM 1380AM radio.

The Brooklyn Tabernacle Singers, various spiritual leaders and leaders of government will be part of the service. Our  HOME PLATE 2019  date will be  Saturday, June 8 . Our program will begin at 12:30 PM. The game time is at 4:10 PM. The Tigers have scheduled an  On-The-Field Baseball Clinic  (between the program and game) on the day of our event. The ticket price is $34.00 per ticket (includes game ticket, program ticket, souvenirs, $5.00 meal coupon, and access to on-the-field baseball clinic).
