Grads

C ongratulations to all graduates! It is that time of year when we recognize the completion of a milestone. This could be kindergarten, junior high, high school or college graduation. The acknowledgement of the hard work, perseverance, and time commitment of achieving the desired goal is cause for celebration! Many of you will be attending a party of some kind to help them!

Part of the graduation activities includes Baccalaureate. This is a faith-based service that recognizes God and His role in life. Youth For Christ East Michigan has been a vital support to the students who plan the event. The Port Huron Schools is hosting this student-led service for all graduates of Port Huron Northern, Port Huron High and the Harrison Adult Education Center. It will be held at Port Huron High School Performing Arts Center on Thursday, May 30th from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Graduates are asked to arrive with their cap and gown by 6:30pm and “Faith Cords” will be given to all who attend. Make sure any graduates you know are aware of this event. Support them by attending Baccalaureate as well!
