Hi There ..
Well it has finally happened. St. Clair county has launched Hope Not Handcuffs program. They had two on lines the first day after launch. The word is out and people are finding out there is help available. With that being said , our Angel Volunteers make this program work. If you have completed your Angel application on line but have not yet signed up for Narcan/ Angel training please go to Familiesagainstnarcotics.org. Go to programs. Click on Hope not Handcuffs and look at trainings to secure a spot in the class. If you have already taken the class , we suggest coming for a refresher on what the process looks like and paperwork update. What a great way to start of 2020. Helping people navigate towards recovery. We need you . We so appreciate your passion and willingness. To help us in our fight against addiction .

If you have any questions , please contact any of the following people. Thank you.
