Donations Needed
We're beginning to collect items for various Christmas ministries. Items may be dropped off to Operation Transformation on Mondays and Thursdays from 8-5, or Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8-3.
We are collecting the following:
- Christian Christmas cards for inmates in the jail and their families
- Postage Stamps for jail inmates to send cards to their families
- Children's books for Salvation Army
- Coats, scarves, hats, and gloves for Chili & Coats - needed by November 12th

Port Huron Schools is in need of Kitchen Assistants and Noon Hour Supervisors in their buildings, and a great need at Cleveland Elementary. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to minister into the lives with the love in their hearts for children that the simplest act of kindness would make a difference in their day. It enables us to provide a positive environment as we meet the nutritional needs of so many. If you know of anyone please direct them our way. Family Connect Conference With Brian Housman: Colonial Woods is excited to host our first Family Connect Conference on Friday evening, November 8, and Saturday morning, November 9. This event is for parents, grandparents, and anyone who works with young people. Our speaker is Brian Housman, director of 360 Family, developer of Screen Smarts, an online parenting resource to help understand and manage technology, and author of numerous books including Tech Savvy Parenting and How You Always Meant to Parent.
