Community Good Friday Service

The Blue Water Area Churches is holding a Good Friday Service open to the community on Friday, April 10, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. through Facebook Live on Operation Transformation’s Page, and on the radio on WPHM 1380AM and Hope FM 90.7 . The Good Friday Service will be an afternoon of worship and reflection, in appreciation for the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross.

Bill Kinnan from Hillside Wesleyan Church, Elder Deborah Miller from Restoration Christian Community Church, and Rev. John Grenfell of St. Clair United Methodist Church. Prayer
We at Operation Transformation know how important prayer is. We now have a place on our website where you can submit your prayer requests, where you can sign up to pray for requests, and a list of prayer requests (this will be anonymous). 1 Thessalonians 5:17 "...pray without ceasing."

Churches throughout our community are coming together in prayer though conference calls. Feel free to join in. Find the list on Blue Water Area Churches' website.

Participation in the census is a critically important civic duty that determines funding
for local communities and essential services, shapes congressional representation, determines legislative districts and much more.

o It’s imperative that everyone in Michigan be counted because census numbers affect everyone in Michigan from seniors to students, kids and parents, businesses and communities.

o Being counted in the census is as important as voting to our democracy and is part of our responsibility as residents of the United States.

o Accurate census numbers are critical because they determine how much federal funding is dispersed to states for public safety, schools, housing, health care and much more.
