Survey: How Occupational Therapy Practitioners Understand and Address Spirituality in Their Occupational Therapy Practice Across Different Settings

Dear Practitioners,

We are a master’s thesis group from Stanbridge University's occupational therapy program and we are conducting a survey to learn how occupational therapy practitioners understand and address spirituality in their occupational therapy practice across different settings. The survey is mainly multiple choice, and takes the average user 5-10 minutes to complete. As the occupational therapist has overall responsibility for both the development of the occupational therapy intervention plan and for implementing the intervention, this survey is directed only towards licensed occupational therapists (OT).

By completing the survey, participants will have the option to enter their email for a one in five chance to win a $10 Amazon gift card! Additionally, there will be a benefit in adding to new research about spirituality in OT practice.
