Overview: To be eligible for OTES 2.0 Bridge Training, participants must have been credentialed as evaluators under OTES 1.0. The OTES 2.0 Bridge Training will provide a better understanding of the OTES 2.0 Framework and Model, allow practice of skills and allow for sharing of resources and best practices in educator evaluation. Upon completion of the OTES 2.0 Bridge Training, evaluators (participants) may re-credential through the new on-line credentialing system. Attendance at both days of the training is required in order to gain access to the online credentialing assessment.
Time: Registration begins at 8:00 AM. Training starts at 8:30 and will end by 3:30 each day.
Location: ESC of Lake Erie West, 2275 Collingwood Blvd., Toledo, OH 43620
Cost: There is no cost for this training for member districts. Cost is $90 for nonmember districts. Lunch will be on your own. (Member districts are Anthony Wayne, Maumee, Oregon, Ottawa Hills, Perrysburg, Rossford, Springfield, Sylvania, and Washington Local.)
Face coverings are required for all individuals in common areas.
Training areas will be cleaned and sanitized prior to the training and throughout workday. To meet social distancing guidelines, registration will be limited.
Registration: Register through the OH|ID portal through the Training and Registration tab. When you log in, search for the keyword OTES 2.0. You can also look for any events owned by the ESC of Lake Erie West. Make sure you have an accurate email address in the registration system since that is what will be used to contact your with additional information about the training.
