National Health Center Week

August 7-13 was National Health Center Week. The week focuses on bringing awareness to the mission and goals of community health centers across the nation and celebrates the work they do everyday in the communities they serve. They offer care and support to populations that are often overlooked or have limited community resources. Community Health Centers serve as a place of hope for patients. Partnerships Forged With Community Organizations

During National Health Center Week, for Health Care for Agricultural Workers Day, Olde Towne hosted Williamsburg Community Growers, Williamsburg Farmers Market and the VCE Master Gardeners. We were able to discuss food resources for patients, outreach for the health center during local farmers markets and showed our gratitude to the gardeners that keep our entrance beautiful. 

Staff & Volunteer Appreciation Day

Our amazing staff and volunteers make Olde Towne the health care center it is and we wanted to recognize them!

Their compassion and dedication to our patients is outstanding, so for NHCW Staff & Volunteer Appreciation Day we treated them to an outdoor BBQ lunch with all the fixings from Old City BBQ to show our appreciation for a job well done everyday.
