Here are the top lines from the Impact Report:

• To date, we have now helped register 2.89M Democratic voters, the vast majority in swing states.
• Our cost was a staggeringly low $.70 per Democratic voter this cycle.
• In the ‘22 midterms, these voters were instrumental to swinging 22 House races across 11 states, as well as 5 Senate races (AZ, CO, GA, NV, PA).

NEW NORTH CAROLINA PROJECT ROCKS 2022!

It’s gonna take everything we've got (and then some) to win back the House and keep the Senate and White House in 2024. That’s why we make every effort to work with incredible partner organizations like the New North Carolina Project (NNCP), which registers Democratic voters in that all-important battleground state.

In 2021-2022 the New North Carolina Project partnered with Field Team 6 to send out a whopping 464,941 texts to unregistered likely Democrats in North Carolina. What did it all add up to? The NNCP helped registered 95,623 new Democratic voters, and we now know 36,800 of ‘em voted in the 2022 midterms! Trump won the state by about 75,000 votes in 2020. So the NNCP is already halfway to erasing that deficit. Together, we can turn NC blue in 2024!

HOW TO REGISTER NEW WEST VIRGINIA DEMOCRATS

West Virginia is a crucial swing state! We know what you're thinking – and so are we – but Senator Joe Manchin is up for re-election in '24 and he is essential to holding the Senate and restoring a Democratic trifecta that can bring about real change.

Plus it’s never too early to start building a progressive groundswell. Like elsewhere in the country, West Virginia has a ton of young/new voters starting to take note of Republican shenanigans. They can put Democrats into the local offices and judgeships that will keep future elections free, fair and safe. Also in 2024, two seats on the West Virginia Supreme Court are up for grabs… and we know how important those are!

We didn't have Tennessee on our already large list of target states for the 2024 cycle, but we also didn't have fascist expulsion of duly elected Tennessee House Reps for the indecorous audacity to represent their constituents on our bingo card either.

The Tennessee Three inspired a nation, and us... so we've done a deep research dive and identified four swing state house districts in Tennessee. 2 are repped by Democrats: we can keep them there. The other 2 are repped by Republicans: we can flip them. We'll also be registering new Democrats in the districts of The Tennessee Three, to lean into the movement those House Reps are leading so passionately.

There are always multiple ways you can get involved in supporting progressive candidates up and down the ballot, locally and nationwide. Phonebanking, textbanking, postcarding and digital letter writing will be among the offerings—and you get to do it in person with your new friends!

BOOK BANS ARE BIGLY BAD!

Across the country, right-wing organizations have launched a coordinated attack on... reading! Attempted book bans and restrictions at school and public libraries surged in 2022—setting an ignominious new record—as the GOP ramped up its culture wars.

Naturally, there's a clear bias towards banning books with non-white protagonists and books with LGBTQ+ themes. And books that teach actual history and make MAGAs ashamed. So what can we do? Plenty!
