TEEN BOOTCAMPS
Get your kids off the couch and off their screens!
A 1-hour full-body workout with an emphasis on proper form for basic movements such as squats, lunges, pushups, planks, and core exercises.
Instruction for strength training with weights.
Cardiovascular conditioning and agility training.
The hour will conclude with nutrition tips about fueling your body to maximize energy, strength, performance, and overall health.
