TEEN BOOTCAMPS
Get your kids off the couch and off their screens! 
  • A 1-hour full-body workout with an emphasis on proper form for basic movements such as squats, lunges, pushups, planks, and core exercises. 
  • Instruction for strength training with weights. 
  • Cardiovascular conditioning and agility training. 
  • The hour will conclude with nutrition tips about fueling your body to maximize energy, strength, performance, and overall health.

FAMILY BOOTCAMPS
Looking for a FUN activity to do outside together as a family? Look no further! I will come to your yard (or you can come to mine!). I can accommodate most ages and fitness levels.
