New Downtown Wheeling Parking Garage Will Open After Sidewalk Installed

Carl Walker Construction, Inc. has completed the new Market Street Parking Garage in Wheeling, but its official opening has been temporarily placed on hold – simply because of timing related to ongoing work on the Downtown Streetscape Project.

2024 Project BEST Career Fair

Nearly 1,000 students attended the 2024 Project BEST Career Fair. The students were able to visit 25 different contractor, union, and trade school booths, as well as get some hands-on experience with outside exhibits including bricklaying, ironworking, and cement finishing.
