Donation Opportunities

We are happy to announce that we will once again be accepting food donations at The Other Barn for the Oakland Mills High School Food Pantry. You may drop off donations Monday through Thursdays between 10 am and 3 pm. Please be sure to check your items as we will not be accepting any expired items.
While we will gladly accept any and all non-perishable food donations, we are especially in need of:
Diapers (sizes 3, 4, 5, 6)
Baby wipes
Cereal
Snack foods (granola bars, chips, crackers, fruit snacks, raisins, etc)
Ramen noodles
Dry beans
Rice
Oatmeal
Jelly
Peanut butter
Canned veggies
Canned pasta (spaghetti o’s, ravioli, etc)
Canned soup
We’re also trying to “stock up” on some typical Thanksgiving foods for November’s distribution. Boxed stuffing, potatoes, baking mixes, canned green beans, mushroom soup, etc.
The next food pantry distribution date for Oakland Mills High School is November 17, 2021 between 4 pm and 6 pm.

Financial donations are also accepted and are used to buy fresh produce and bread to distribute on the day of distribution each month, as well as high-need items prior to distribution. Here is the link for financial contributions:
