As we continue to offer our students Zoom we do ask that our dancers follow the following procedures. These ensure that our dancers are still gaining the most out of our zoom classes. We are so glad to have this option during these times.
- Our Zoom classes are offered for those dancers who: are/were exposed to covid (or other sicknesses such as influenza), families with health conditions or who are at high risk, dancers who are quarantined dancers or family members quarantined, split classes, etc. We do ask if you are able to attend other extracurricular activities that you attend in person.
- Dancers should dress in the proper dress code for their class(es).
- Dancers are to wear proper hair for class.
- Dancers should have their camera on so the teacher can interact with the dancer.
If your dancer is unable to dance due to medical reasons,
they may zoom to take notes/observe.
Please remember we do ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance so our faculty can prepare.
All Zoom links can be found in your Parent Portal, password for Zoom is CDA. If you are having issues please call the office at 712.546.9217 ASAP so we can assist you.
Please remember that if your child does test positive or have any high risk symptoms that you must keep your child home for the allotted amount of time, and if your child has two of any of the low risk symptoms that you do the same. If your child has been directed by a school or doctor to quarantine for a specified amount of time, you may not attend dance in person until your quarantine time period is complete. If anyone in your home has tested positive your child will need to zoom class until their quarantine is completed.
We will maintain the option for your child to attend via zoom. Simply notify us in advance via email, text or Facebook messenger so that we can notify our faculty.
