Today in our Ocaquatics Online School we will be working on kicking. Kicking is the main form of propulsion and we work on it on every level. You can practice outside of the water by seating on a chair or couch, extending your legs, pointing your feet... and just kick kick kick. The best kick is short and fast, we always like to say: “little fast kicks!”. If you have access to a pool, you can practice with kickboards and even boatmats. You can practice kicking on the front and kicking on the back.
