Ocaquatics Online School!
Today in our Ocaquatics Online School we will be learning about fins! Fins help swimmers of all levels improve their techniques, stroke mechanics and endurance. They also help with your kicking skills! At home, you can practice kicking with your fins by sitting on a chair or couch, extending your legs, and kicking . Fins also help you swim fast and we all know how fun it is to swim fast! Have fun practicing with fins!
