Colm Keegan

Introduction to the Irish Language -
4 pm
Multi-award winning singer and teacher Colm Keegan will present an Introduction to the Irish Language one of the courses available on his online school, CKonLine. Participants will learn phrases and basic communication.

This former singer of Celtic Thunder is making a stop at our Toms River Branch in support of his solo, debut album, I’ll Never Be Alone. Join us for a night of Celtic celebration. Ticket price: $15 Proceeds for the event will benefit the Ocean County Library Foundation.

Stages Festival

The New Jersey Theatre Alliance’s “Stages Festival” will return to the Ocean County Library this March, with 10 different productions presented across our library branches. The alliance is committed to providing Broadway-quality productions in partnership with local playhouses.

Meet the Music

Children can meet and play real instruments! Join us in Mancini Hall at the Toms River Branch for five musical programs with professional musicians from the Garden State Philharmonic and Youth Orchestra. Presented in partnership with the Toms River Kiwanis, Music & Arts, and the Garden State Philharmonic.

A Picture Paints a Thousand Words

Celebrate Youth Art Month at 19 OCL locations throughout the month of March. Youth Art Month is a month of promoting art and art education. Each branch will feature unique programming for children and teens.

The Ocean County Library invites families and caregivers to our Third Annual Autism Resources Fair! Meet autism-related organizations, practices, and experts. Attend informational workshops and programs. 
The Keynote Address will be delivered by Christine Matus, Esq. of The Matus Law Group. She will speak about Guardianship and Special Needs Planning.

Prom Dress Giveaway

The Ocean County Library Prom Dress Drive and Giveaway provides dresses to middle school and high school aged students at no charge so they can attend their school’s dances. For students grades 8 through 12.
