Hello Friends,

It was an action packed Halloween Weekend enjoyed by all!!!

In October there were 8 Closed Properties: 3 Homes, 3 Condos and 2 Docks. There are currently 51 Active Real Estate Listings of which 19 are at the Residence Club. This is again one of the lowest amount of listings at Ocean Reef.

As the season draws near, there should be some New Listings which will be coming on the market.
