Ocean Reef Market Update
Hello Friends,

In September there were 15 Closed Properties: 3 Homes, 11 Condos and 1 Lot. There are currently 54 Active Real Estate Listings of which 21 are at the Residence Club. This is again one of the lowest amount of listings at Ocean Reef.

As the season draws near, there should be some New Listing which will be coming on the market.
