March continues to be another Active Real Estate Month with 16 Closed Properties: 5 Homes, 6 Condos, 3 Docks and 2 Vacant Lots. There are 35 Pending Sales. Currently there are 30 Active Real Estate Listings of which 13 are at the Residence Club.

We have experienced year after year appreciation of property. New properties continue to come on the market even though we have the lowest inventory historically.
