Dear Octet,
The 2022-23 academic year is off to a brisk start with in-person events, talks, and working sessions for the Octet team and its community partners! On Friday, Oct. 14th, we held our first Intellectual Hospitality event with Christy Vines (CEO and President, Ideos Institute) on race, identity politics, and tribalism. Her talk shed light on the impact the Gospel can make in these times of division and discord for any community. Her words were a reminder that every interaction across differences is an opportunity to bring hope. May the content of this issue inspire your awareness of Kingdom possibilities wherever you may be.
