The 18th Annual Quilter's Quest Shop Hop (2018) is from Friday November 9th to Sunday November 11th. There are 8 participating shops this year. It's always fun to get out and take a day trip to visit some or all of the shops. We hope you get time to do so.

Beginning Hand Embroidery♕
Beginning Embroidery covers the fundamentals of how to set up your embroidery project, execute the seven most common embroidery stitches while having fun stitching. The class is a full day session with the morning covering setting up your project, tracing your design onto fabric, basting your backing and design fabric together. Then the fun starts with the basic embroidery stitches. Straight stitch, running stitch, back stitch, buttonhole stitch, stem stitch, lazy daisy and French knots. This is a stress free class and my goal is to provide a fun and memorable experience for all.

Beginning Needle-Turn Appliqué♕
This is a beginning class focussing on basic Needle-Turn Appliqué techniques. The class will cover preparing your patterns, cutting out and positioning them on your fabric and stitching them down.You will learn circles, points, leaves and making stems with a bias tape maker. Needle-Turn Appliqué will open up quilt opportunities for combining traditional piecing with appliqué embellishments.

Dining with the Stars ♕♕
This is a fun little table runner with only one star block that is set on point. This is a great project for anyone who wants to try the Judy Niemeyer paper piecing technique without investing much time or money. Beginners are welcome.

'Open Sew Days'
'Open Sew Days' are now being offered at Queen B's Quilt Shop. Experience focused creativity and inspiration without everyday distractions in a haven suited for quilters.

Come sit & sew with me from 11 am to 3 pm and ask away, any questions on any pattern and we will get you through what you thought was the most confusing pattern you ever bought. I promise it is easier than you think. No pressure, no class time limits, just finishing what I consider are some of the most beautiful quilts there are.

Quilts of Honor Workshop

Join our workshop for Quilts of Honor. Quilts of Honor provides quilts to all veterans from all branches of the military. All service men and women that have been affected by war are eligible to receive a quilt.
Join us once a month at Queen B's Quilt Shop to work on these quilts. We have fabric available but donations are welcome.Meets the 3rd Thursday of every month
Do you want to perfect your spray starch appliqué techniques? Join Bobbie's club. (Must have prior spray starch appliqué experience). The club meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
Join our workshop once a month to help perform a variety of duties that are involved in the many steps that are needed to complete a quilt. Queen B's donates the fabric and quilters donate their time. We will provide technique demos for specific tasks that have to be done. All levels of quilters are welcome.
This is a great way to hone those quilting skills while contributing to a variety of very worth while causes which include organizations and individuals in need. Meets on the second Friday of each month
except November.
