Since opening our doors in 1947, the Humane Society of El Paso has dedicated itself to creating a better community for all animals by providing services and programs to the public. With the support of our donors, HSEP is able to rescue an average of 4,000 animals each year. Your donations, no matter the size, help provide our animals with medical care, enrichment, adoption, fostering, and other lifesaving programs that play a crucial role in finding fur-ever homes. Together we can continue the Humane Society of El Paso’s tradition of completing families four paws at a time.

Prize Opportunities Early Giving Champions - Must receive the MOST online unique verified donations during the Early Giving Period (October 14th, 12 AM to October 20th, 11:59 PM). Nifty Fifty - Must receive at least one online donation from each of the fifty states of the United States of America (including Hawaii and Alaska). This challenge begins October 14th at 12 AM and ends October 21st at 11:59 PM.  Traffic Jam Power Hour - The three organizations (small, medium, large) that receive the MOST online unique verified donations during the designated time will win $1,000 each. Paw's Up for Community Volunteers!

Caring for over 200 animals a day is no easy task. We always appreciate community groups and organizations that come together to lend us a helping hand. Thank you UTEP Softball Team and St. Luke Methodist Youth for donating your time!

Adoption Pup-date Bundy, now known as Rugby, was adopted on November 30th, 2016. Next month will be six years since he left our facility, and our senior staff still remembers him! Rugby was a "Certified Hiking Buddy" at HSEP; he would enjoy hiking trips with our team and volunteers. He is now living a great adventure with his family! They moved to Fort Rucker, Alabama, in 2018 where he now enjoys the beautiful beaches and parks. But nothing compares to tennis ball and water hose playtime. Cynthia, his human mom, stated," He is wonderful! He has been my constant through some pretty rough times. He is always happy to see me and loves everyone he meets. I am so glad I visited the Humane Society during my lunch break that one day!"
