Stay tuned for photos from our fall sports Senior Nights! | | | | | A Message from the Athletic Director: | | Dear Cougar Family,
What a fun and exciting fall athletic season we've experienced so far. Thank you for all the community support at our SOS games and Senior Night recognitions. One of the many highlights this fall sports season has been our first-ever Fall Sports Liturgy. Our fall athletes and coaches participated in Mass, presided over by Father Paulson. We were taught about the Parable of the Talents and reminded that we have a responsibility to grow the talents we are blessed with and share them with others for good.
We see our coaches and athletes demonstrate this throughout their season by serving in the community through team service projects, and by developing their skills through hard work and perseverance, even when they are exhausted from studies and other commitments. We are proud of our athletes for embracing their talents, developing them, and sharing them for good.
Looking Ahead: EBAL and CIF-North Coast Section Playoffs!
As our league season comes to a close with EBAL playoffs starting this week, we will transition to California Interscholastic Federation-North Coast Section (NCS) Playoffs. Our student-athletes have worked tirelessly throughout the season, and it's time to rally behind them as they prepare for the upcoming postseason.
EBAL playoff brackets are being released, and NCS playoffs will begin the last week of October. Below is the current schedule for EBAL and NCS:

 | | | | Uniform Checks—Skirt Length | | | | | Please take a moment this weekend to ensure your daughter’s skirt aligns with our dress code. Skirts should fall below the fingertips (approximately four inches above the knee) and must be from Dennis Uniform or Lands' End. Lululemon and other athleisure skirts are not permitted. As always, the primary responsibility for a student’s attire rests with the student and their parents/guardians. Multiple skirt length violations will result in the loss of skirt privileges. If your daughter needs a refresh, new skirts and skorts are available in our Lands' End store.
