What They're Saying  About Developer's  Expo

"The Developer's Expo was a great chance to get to know more about the Southwest Johnson County development climate, as well as make important connections for future projects. I really appreciated getting to know City officials and developers alike, while enjoying a beautiful day of golf!"

Jeremy Crosby QuikTrip
"This was our first experience with the Developer's Expo and I must say it was well worth the time and investment. We may see these people from time to time at various networking events, but you rarely get to spend time with them individually for five to six hours!! The event was well organized and lots of fun. We feel very confident that we will be able to point to some sort of revenue as a result of participating and look forward to next year!"
Dennis Burns Director of Business Development, Crossland Construction

"The Southwest Johnson County EDC hosted a first-class event combining an opportunity to see old friends and make new ones, all while enjoying the amazing Shadow Glen facilities and learning about opportunities in SWJOCO. Oh, and you got the weather right, too! I hope you will continue this event in the future and Block and Co., Inc. can be a part of it. Congratulations on your success."
Mark McConahay Vice President, Block & Company, Inc., Realtors
"I found the Developer's Expo to be time well spent. It was a great opportunity to have meaningful conversations with companies currently within the Edgerton area, along with people we would like to form partnerships with in the future. I want to thank the companies that participated and Southwest Johnson County EDC for putting on such a wonderful event."

We just wrapped up an incredible day at Shadow Glen Golf Club for our Developer's Expo and Golf Tournament. The weather was tremendous, and more than 100 commercial brokers, site consultants and corporate real estate leaders participated in the morning expo and afternoon four-person scramble. Congratulations to our winning team:
