FALL 2015 - FROM THE PRESIDENT

Jenkins Restorations has now opened its 15th branch location. We are currently represented in six separate districts across the United States. In the spring of this year, we opened a branch location in Seattle, Washington. Very quickly, that location began to see a high demand, so we have assigned both Mitigation Technicians and Core Claims Project Managers there. We have also moved our seasoned Director of Core Claims Mike Hussa to Seattle to support the workload and guide the structure of the location as it grows.
Meeting for our 7 a.m. morning devotional at this year's 2015 Annual Contractor Connection Conference in Orlando, Florida.  Joining the Jenkins team (4th on bottom right side) is Larry Nettles, Manager-Estimate Review, Crawford Contractor Connection.
To keep up with the consistent growth Jenkins Restorations has been experiencing, we have stepped up our already quick pace of hiring. This year alone, we have welcomed 52 new employees to Jenkins. We have added a couple of new positions to assist with this growth.  One of the new positions is a Director of IT. We have hired Tim Schlosser to fill that role, keeping Jenkins Restorations up-to-speed and up-to-date on technology so we can serve our homeowners and clients in the most professional and efficient manner. We've also hired Recruiter Cailey Cramer to seek out our new hires, ensuring that we are hiring employees who fit the standards Jenkins Restorations aspires to uphold.
Jenkins Restorations was one of five contractors selected to participate in a series of educational videos for the Property & Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB) to help increase the knowledge of claims staff through their web portal.  Jenkins Restorations provided the first Residential Fire Large Loss video for the PLRB library.  The video captures post-fire damage media from fire debris, demolition, cleaning, framing, MEP rough-ins, drywall, flooring, etc. all the way through to completion.  To view the video, you may create a login on the PLRB site.  From there, you will find the video located under Online CE --> Building Damage and Restoration Videos --> Residential Fire Loss #1.
