Originally from Congo, she did all her early schooling in French. She is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Kituba (Congolese dialect). She is currently a Research Associate in the field of Child Development and Human Relations (aka a stay home mom). Before that, she worked as a case supervisor for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), ensuring the interests of children in the foster care system were recognized by the courts. She enjoys traveling, crossfit, and eating good food.  Patience is teaching Beginning French 1 and the children’s class.
