Pray without Ceasing . . .
Don't miss this first opportunity of 2018-19 to gather with your peers in ministry and meet some of our new Diocesan leaders who serve you in that ministry.

The day will feature fellowship and prayer in a fruitful combination of inspiration and instruction. Come and See!
Welcome, Callie!
The Families & Schools of Discipleship Mission Team warmly welcomes Callie Kowalski! Callie comes to us from St. Bernard Parish, Green Bay where she was Coordinator of Confirmation & Youth Ministry. She's originally from Mountain Top, Pennsylvania and was educated at Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Callie will be serving as the Child & Youth Faith Formation Assistant Director (Try saying that fast, three times!). One of her first big projects will be the coordination of the March for Life trip in January.

Come meet Callie and get to know her better at Hebrews 10:25 on October 11th! In the meantime, she can be reached at [email protected] or 920-272-8285
Any Doubts about Permission Forms/Liability Wavers?
Here are links to several forms. Any are acceptable to use for trips and events, and there is one version that can be used the entire year. Choose the one that suits your parish's needs.

Two Essay/Drawing Contests for Your Students:
Question: If God asks you to be a farmer for the day, what do you think you would be thankful for at the end of the day?

Let's see what the students come up with to that question, in writing and drawing. Entries due December 10th. Prizes = Culver's Gift Cards and publishing in Compass!

Do you look forward to the Christmas edition of the Compass and all the children's artwork/essays? This is where those works originate: the annual "Just for Kids" contest.

Artwork subject: "Newborn Jesus in the Manger"
Essay topic: "Why did Jesus come to earth as a baby and not as a full-grown adult?"
