Cows Create Careers - Taree Christian College

Attracting new talent is a key objective for the dairy industry, ensuring they have people with a passion for dairy working in jobs they love for years to come.

Cows Create Careers is a Dairy Australia initiative involving dairy farmers and industry advocates that is delivered to over 9,000 secondary school students each year to promote education and careers in the dairy industry. Mid Coast Connect has proudly facilitated the project in our region for the past 11 years.

This year’s project, saw two Holstein Friesian heifers (Roberta & Juliet) loaned from local dairy farmer Rodney Lattimore to the students at Taree Christian College. Find out about their journey   here !
