Autism CARES Act Signed into Law
The Autism CARES Act, a continuation of the federal government’s response to the needs of the autism community, was signed into law last month by President Donald Trump.
The law allocates $1.8 billion in funding over the next five years to help people with autism spectrum disorder and their families. The majority of funding will go toward research, support programs, and grants for rural and underserved areas. Read more>>

A primary component of virtually all ABA practices is reinforcement. When an individual engages in any behavior, the likelihood of the behavior occurring again in the future increases when it is followed by a pleasant consequence. Read more>>

Greenwich Autism Alliance
The 13th Annual Greenwich Autism Alliance Golf Outing on September 30 at Colonia Country Club in Colonia crossed the million-dollar mark in its history, with about half of the money going to Autism New Jersey.

A research study that focuses on understanding the impact of spiritual well-being, perception of support systems (i.e. family and community services) and level of stress experience by African American/Black parents/guardians of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
