"Digging in the Wrong Place"

THEY’RE DIGGING IN THE WRONG PLACE” expounded Indiana Jones and his guide Salah gleefully upon discovering and watching the Nazis digging for the Ark of the Covenant during the 1930’s in Egypt and sets the plot for the movie Indiana Jones and Raiders of the Lost Ark. (circa 1981) That was Hollywood. I am forced to wonder and ask the same question about our health and ultimate well-being. Are we digging in the wrong place for true and lasting wellness and vitality?

Now, I realize this is a multifaceted problem, but what lies at the top of this entangled pyramid? I have watched, worked and participated in many elements of our healthcare system over the decades. There was always a missing component; that somehow, it was outside of ourselves, rather than recognizing and acknowledging that perhaps the real answer was inside. What is the project and purpose? What is our biology telling us? What deeply buried acknowledged or unacknowledged trauma are we not seeing? To step away from the AMA and their goal to keep “the system” intact, resistance has been great over the years to keep other ideas at bay—refuted by so called experts—for a price to guarantee a nice annuity and residual income for the corporate giants. Isn’t it time to look deeper? Albert Einstein’s wisdom reminds us, “The definition of insanity, is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” Today’s problems cannot be solved with yesterday’s solutions. It is time to think out of the box.

There is a growing body of evidence that points towards the mind-mental-emotional-body connection and our physical well-being. Even the American Medical Association (AMA) states 80 percent of all health problems are stress related, and even the conservative Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has stated that 85 percent of all diseases appear to have an emotional element, according to a website from Mercola. It’s really common sense, not rocket science. How are we not connected to our feelings and emotions, our traumas and unresolved events frozen within ourselves? Humans are feeling beings and our emotions influence us on every level. On both ends of the spectrum that you see and feel and sense—sadness, depression, loneliness, lack of love and so on—as well as joy, fulfilling love and happiness.

Just recently this was brought to my attention by an article I read out of the Washington Post entitled, “ Medical Mysteries Nearly 100 doctors have tried to diagnose this man’s devastating illness — without success.”

We are multidimensional beings, and only looking at tests and symptoms will not allow deeper reasons into what the message is from “you to you” that says you are carrying a deeply unresolved conflict and was energetically “nuclear” before you died. It is stored in our cellular memory—and our akashic record and is waiting for it to be consciously resolved. What is your body telling you? What unresolved trauma do you carry? How can you change the story in your mind? Can you play the hero in your mind? Can you rewrite the past and therefore change the future to bring more wellness into your life? Are you willing? The cosmic 2 x 4 just seems to get bigger when we ignore what is percolating below the murky emotional surface. The first step is awareness. The next is intention. And, then action. As Dr. Todd Ovokaitys reminds us, "If the mind doth bend, disease can end.”

Are you or a loved one struggling with a health issue? Did you know that even with a little bit of willingness on our part, that the Universe conspires to support us. If you’re ready to let go of your health issue and move forward, my door is open.

What Does this mean? Decoding 101
Decoding messages from us to us is something that is coming to light and seeing its way into the mainstream--slowly. There is a connection between our physical health challenges and our mind and spirit. We cannot ignore those other parts of ourselves. We are emotional spiritual multidimensional humans. And, these physical dis-eases indicate we are "out of balance," something is "off kilter." Dis-ease alerts us that there are deep unresolved emotional blocks holding emotional angst at some level. Are we the brave ones to step up to heal our lineage? What was the emotional trauma we experienced as a child? What was so terrible, we have simply blocked it out? The conscious mind likes to ignore and repress that shadow that lurks within. However, our smart body, our innate, and intuition part of the subconscious and cellular memory remembers everything. In 2019, we will explore, just briefly the most common imbalances lying below the surface--a gift waiting to be seen and healed--for good! ❤️

In Short - "Pain" (in general) - Shapiro

Pain in any part of your body is a signal that something is off kilter. You are stretching too far, going in the wrong direction, trying to do too much on your own, or repressing too many psycho/emotional issues, so that the flow of communication is damaged.  The normal reaction to pain is to want to get rid of it, to stop it, or obliterate it. Yet if pain is an indication that you need to pay attention and hear what it has to say.

Invariably, the area of physical pain is representing a psycho/emotional pain. When you stop and listen, further pain can be avoided. For instance, straining your back may well occur because of lifting a heavy weight. But, beneath that strain can be layers of resentment that no one is helping you, that you always have to do things yourself in order to get them done.  And beneath that can be a sense of emotional loneliness, a longing for attention or care, a fear of the future, or perhaps your inner child tying to prove how capable you really are to parents who are not paying attention to you.  It is easy to blame the accident for the pain, for facing the inner pain is more demanding. However, the two are inextricably linked. Finding the inner pain or hurt will go a long way in releasing the physical hurt.

Invoking the Infinite
Healing and Renewal
The figure eight was received as a healing symbol, and research into its healing effects is ongoing. Lying on its side, this figure becomes the symbol of infinity, which is beyond measure. There is also a Möbius strip, the universal sign for recycling, which represents single-sided nonduality. Additional triangular geometry and color activate the flow of healing energy.
You have pulled this card today become you are actively involved in a healing process. It is likely self-healing that you seek, but you may also be asking for healing for another. Energies move into your body from a divine source and through your hands to touch the place that needs attention. Use your intuition to help identify the weakness. It is often emotional healing that must take place to heal a physical wound. A wounded spirit is most comfortable in a failing body. Your healing capabilities will be catalyzed by your ability to connect with heart energy and to act with compassion. Use your intention to focus healing energy and move it to the place that will allow the body to act in accordance with its natural tendency toward good health.
Accept the call to heal and renew yourself first; then offer this gift to those who will seek your assistance.

Recipe of the Month:
Pumpkin-Applesauce Muffins

Bon Appetite!

Pumpkin-Applesauce breakfast muffins

YIELD:    24 MUFFINS   PREP TIME:    20 MINUTES   COOK TIME:    17 MINUTES   TOTAL TIME:    37 MINUTES

It's that time of year again! Pumpkins appearing everywhere. These muffins combine the best of what fall-autumn offers as the harvest and bounty from our summer growing season; apples and pumpkins. What a nice breakfast treat! Simple to make and delicious to enjoy. Freeze them or pack them in the kids' lunches.

What you will need:

  •  3 large eggs
  •  15-ounce can pumpkin puree/canned pumpkin
  •  1/2 cup neutral flavored oil (like canola, vegetable, avocado)
  •  1/2 cup no-sugar added applesauce
  •  1 cup (7.5 ounces) granulated sugar
  •  2 1/2 cups (12.5 ounces) all-purpose flour (see note)
  •  2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (see note)
  •  1 teaspoon baking soda
  •  1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
GLAZE:
  •  1 cup (4 ounces) powdered sugar
  •  2-4 tablespoons heavy cream
  •  1/2 teaspoon maple extract (see note)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line two standard muffin tins with paper liners and set aside (24 muffins total).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, oil, applesauce and sugar.

In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined (don't overmix or the muffins may be dense and kind of heavy).

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin tins, filling the cups about 2/3 of the way full (or slightly more than that). I use my  #20 cookie scoop  to portion the batter into the muffin tin.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top of the muffins spring back to the touch and/or a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs attached.

Remove from the muffin tin to a cooling rack to cool completely.

For the glaze, whisk together the glaze ingredients, starting with the lesser amount of cream and adding more as needed to make a pourable, but still thick, glaze.

Drizzle the glaze over the cooled muffins with a spoon or fork and serve.

Creator Mel's Kitchen notes: This recipe works really well with whole wheat flour (preferably the white wheat variety as it is less heavy and dense than red whole wheat); I often sub in at least half whole wheat flour. Don't overmeasure the flour, especially the whole wheat flour, or the muffins might be dry and dense.

For a homemade pumpkin pie spice, use the following (for the 2 teaspoons needed in this recipe): 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon cloves.

If you don't have maple extract (I use this  maple extract from King Arthur Flour when possible, but Mapleine, commonly found in grocery stores will work, too), try thinning the powdered sugar with half cream/half pure maple syrup.

The maple glaze is optional but delicious, however, the muffins themselves might be the tastiest, lightest, fluffiest pumpkin muffin I've ever had. So yummy!

Cathy's notes: This is the first time I made this recipe. My additions next time would to increase the pumpkin spice by a half to a full teaspoon. Another addition is finely chopped apples, raisins or walnuts. I loved the maple flavored glaze. Interestingly, my Publix did not carry Maple extract. Neither did Fresh Market or Whole Foods. I found it both on line and in Walmart, so check your pantry and plan in advance if possible. I also found that a fork or spoon for the drizzle didn't produce my desired results, so I used a "Chef's Condiment Dispenser " and was able to make them look ascetically pleasing!

Cooking should be creative and fun. These are the basics--you are the culinary artist. What will your masterpiece be tonight? Whatever, enjoy the process. I have confidence that your results will be most deliciously satisfying!

"Could it Be True?"

I just returned from a trip to Bulgaria. I participated in another Pineal Tone Choir. The purpose, you ask as an enquiring reader? Opening time capsules put in place by our seed parents 200,000 years ago should we make it this far. Truth or fiction? The truth is fluid—and changing. What was once doubted and unimagined may in fact be assisting humanity to bring more light to our planet, the Earth; to expose the darkness and bring peace on Earth. The tones are part of an alignment with the stars, which profoundly affect (Click)

Biological Decoding Here Today
Conflicts and trauma are sometimes obvious and sometimes not and make their presence known to us as dis-ease and imbalance in our lives; manifesting in our body.  Weight issues or acne are obvious to most, but what are the traumas, loyalties and imbalances locked away in diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or behind simple allergies and minor illnesses given labels or the diagnosis's we receive at the doctor's office? Do you want healing or just relief?

The premise is easy. Disease and sicknesses are "nothing more" than emotional conflict(s) or trauma, --lessons to learn (that may be passed down from our ancestors) running in an "invisible" field of energy unknown or unrealized to us until it emerges as our brain's (the ultimate computer) solution for the disturbance deep within our psyche. More simply, the first law of Biological Decoding states: "Every pain or disease originates from a conflict. The conflict is an unexpected, highly acute, and isolating shock that occurs simultaneously in the PSYCHE, the BRAIN, and part of the BODY that corresponds to the type of conflict. Discovering the conflict aids the brain in sending messages to repair the body".

If we are human, we all have unresolved emotional conflicts. Heal them for yourselves--heal them for your kids and break the pattern. Biological Decoding goes hand-in-hand with our allopathic medicine today which addresses the mechanical aspects of our disease.

How can I help you today?

The Biology of Decoding is an amazing tool to assist in the discovery of the root cause of dis-ease.  This discovery and decoding opens the door to healing, deepens spiritual understanding of who we are and releases limiting beliefs and patterns.

"If the mind doth bend, disease can end."
